House sitter in Perth, Scotland

Introduction
We are looking for a house sitter to come and house sit at our farmhouse in rural Perthshire, Scotland. We have one small, young dog, a cat and a rabbit.
We live in the beautiful countryside of Perthshire in Scotland surrounded by farmland so in a very tranquil setting, yet only 10 minutes by car from the historic city of Perth....
Ideally you would have your own car (we are rural so there is no public transport) but I could make my car available if necessary. Only non smokers please.

Our Home & Location
The house is located in a beautiful but rural location. The nearest town is Perth which has bars, restaurants, garages and supermarkets. The house although a traditional Scottish farmhouse, has been modernised inside, so is very comfortable (and warm!). There is a woodburner in the sitting room, a tv with all the channels you could wish for and fast wifi.

Responsibilities & Pets
We have 3 gorgeous pets.
Maple, who is still a puppy, she is a 10 month old miniature dachshund x jack russell, who is full of fun and curiosity, she loves walks and cuddling up on the sofa in front of the fire....
Zorro the cat is now 9 years old and loves to spend the day snoozing! Occasionally he needs to be let in and out the house, but once he gets to know you he will love to spend the evening being stroked.
Leslie the rabbit lives outside and just needs to be fed every day and given a little stroke too!
As Maple is quite young and needs to be let out quite often, this position would suit someone who doesn't want to go too far afield.
