Dogs and House sitter required for Winllan

Introduction
Hi, we are Andrea (58) and Claire Morgan-Hall (43) and we live with our two dogs at Winllan Farm in mid Wales. Winllan Farm is a self catering holiday let business that we took over in April 2018. Having had a busy first season we are now ready for a break ourselves and need sitters to look after our house and our two dogs while the business is shut down. This will be our first experience of using house sitters so please be gentle with us!!
Our Home & Location
We have a 3 bedroom Welsh stone house which is approximately 200 years old. Attached to the house is The Plucking Barn, one of our holiday lets. The house is set in the rural hamlet of Blaencwrt with the nearest town of Lampeter being 5 miles away. Here there are a wide range of shops, cafes and 2 supermarkets. You will need a car to access these as we are not on a local bus route.
We have fantastic views of surrounding hills, valleys and farmland and with little light pollution you can see wonderful stars at night....
Our utility block holds a wide range of tourist information including local beaches, mountains, and other tourist attractions.
Inside the house you will have your own bedroom and bathroom upstairs, downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen, utility room and lounge with satellite tv.

Responsibilities & Pets
General day to day running of the house and grounds while you are staying. Our 2 dogs are easy to please, they are fed on dried food twice a day and as long as they have a little fuss and some ball playing time they are happy!
Monty does require allergy medication every other day. This is in a tablet form which he has wrapped in a little ham! Feeding instructions will be left for you....
The dogs generally stay on the property as Jackson becomes a little anxious away from the home, however a walk around the local block is fine. They are also able to be left for a few hours if you wish to go out.
The property is set within 1.82 acres so gardening help is always welcome!!
