Studio City modern

Introduction
We are a young family that needs a house and pet sitter for our cat when we travel. We live in a great area. Not only is it a walkable and safe neighborhood, but we are close to Universal Studios, and have easy major freeway access.
Our Home & Location
Studio city is a great neighborhood with main shopping and eating streets. Three blocks from the house is an area called Tujunga Village with cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. About a 1.5 miles away (a quick bike ride) is Ventura Blvd in Studio City with even more shopping, eating, etc. 1 mile north of our house is a big park for running, and also North Hollywood, an artsy and electic area with great food, bars, and terrific movie theatre. Studio city is close to Universal Studios, Warner Bros, and every freeway you need to get anywhere. There are several parks within walking distance.
The house is a modern bungalow, all one level. Three bedrooms, two baths. Gas stove. We have a queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite bath, a queen pullout in the office, and a single bed with an extra trundle bed in our son's room. In the backyard there is an unheated pool with safety cover - for adult use only, you assume all responsibility - as well as a small in-ground trampoline, a slide, and a playhouse....
We just ask that whomever stay there appreciate the architecture, and treat the house well.

Responsibilities & Pets
Our cat Lucy spends much of the day outside, but definitely needs to be let in for the night and dinner when it starts getting dark. She needs to then be let out in the morning.
She's a sweet but nervous cat. We are hoping whomever stays will spend a little time playing with the cat so she isn't too lonely. It helps her confidence....
Our new puppy, Gordie, is almost four months old. He’s playful and rambunctious but needs a lot of attention. He is in the process of being house-trained, so accidents may happen, and he’s teething so anything and everything may be chewed. We are trying to train Gordie to "leave it" and "come" when he shows interest in the cat.
Lucy is adjusting to the puppy, and hisses at him when he gets too close.
