House sit in Sacramento

Introduction
We're looking for a dependable house sitter to care for our home, fruit trees, two cats, and three chickens. We live on a quiet tree-lined street in Sacramento
Our Home & Location
Our house is a bungalow that was built in 1929, and the entire house has been updated. We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small wine cellar, and a detached art studio behind the house. Our yard has lots of fruit trees, including figs, peaches, apples, oranges, and almonds. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and we live within walking distance to a park and a library.
Responsibilities & Pets
Our house sitter would need to feed our cats twice a day and change their litter once a week. Chickens need to be let out of their coop in the mornings, and locked back up when it gets dark. The coop needs to be cleaned about once a week, and eggs need to be collected every day. (You can keep the eggs - they're wonderful!). We have fruit trees that need to be watered once a week. And there's the regular things - collecting mail, making sure everything is okay with the house. etc.
