Look after our fur babies in our SF condo

Introduction
Thank you for your interest. Before responding please note that YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MEET US AND OUR PETS PRIOR TO THE SIT DATE. So please only reply if you are able to meet with us at least a few weeks prior to ensure it will be a good fit for both parties.
We love to travel but now have 2 fur babies so we do not travel as often, usually just for special occasions. We love the option of having them stay at home together and would like for the sitter(s) to meet them before hand.
Our Home & Location
We live on top floor loft of low rise condo complex with elevator on the SOMA/Potrero Hill/Mission Bay border. This is a small condo with1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath; living room, kitchen/dining room and washer/dryer. There is public transport available also lots of Uber/Lyft so a car is not needed but if you would like to bring your car there is FREE parking right outside of the building! A short 15-20 minute walk to the AT&T ball park or up top to Potrero Hill and about a 30 minute walk to downtown. There are many restaurants near and also a short 0.5 mile walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We welcome our trusted house sitter to make themselves at home! Just no smoking of anything please. We do not permit any guests during the sit.
Responsibilities & Pets
We are looking for a responsible and respectful individual (or couple) who are comfortable and experienced with animals and would be able to care for our dog and cat. Our cat is very low maintenance but litter box does need to be cleaned every day. Our dog needs to be taken out for potty breaks and on leash walks. We live in a neighborhood where there are lots of walking options. Humans only please, our home cannot accommodate other's pets.
