Comfortable home in great area
We live on a courtyard of 10 homes and have great neighbors. Our dogs are not good in dog daycare scenarios, so a house/pet sitter is best to keep them from getting stressed when we are not at home. Pat is a nurse and Donna is a designer. We are especially proud of the delightful outside space we have created over the years.
Our Home & Location
Stapleton in Denver CO
In 1995 when the opening of Denver International Airport meant the closing of Stapleton International Airport, Denver had the unique opportunity to transform 7.5 square miles of runways, concourses and terminals into a beautiful new community. It would be the largest urban in-fill redevelopment in the country and, to this day, one of the largest in-fill projects ever. The planning has been thoughtful and fantastic....
Just up the street is our new town center that boast five excellent restaurants, and a super market a few blocks away. There is more retail/restaurant opportunity less than a mile away at the Stanley Market.
There are bike trails, all throughout Stapleton and getting around the neighborhood is easy.
Taking the RTD-train to downtown Denver is easy and quick.
The drive to the mountains is 1-2 hours, depending on what town you might like to visit.
Breckenridge a delightful mountain town is 1.5 hrs away going west on I70.
Crested Butte would be more like 4 hours. + More info
Responsibilities & Pets
Our dogs are fed 2x daily about 6am & 4-6pm. They get 2 walks each day. They must stay on leash. Henry should be kept away from kids and other dogs. They are pretty mellow and happy to hangout with company.
