I am a recent widow living in a very nice, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath apt in Millis MA. I am an artist and writer, very spiritually oriented. My home is filled with a variety of beautiful crystals, Himalayan salt lamps and essential oils diffusers, as well as my art. I have a very sweet 8 yr old medium size male mixed breed dog who takes time to adjust to strangers, and an elusive 5 yr old jet black female Maine coon cat who is very nocturnal, both rescues.
Our Home & Location
Millis is a small MA town with all conveniences nearby. Grocery store, cvs, a coffee/sandwich shop, and other shops within short walking distance. About 20 miles southwest of Boston. Clean, comfy 1035 Sq ft 2 br apt, with 2nd one used for art studio. King size bed in master, 2 full bathrooms, altho cat's litter box kept in one. Also, on the ground floor with only about 5 steps down.
Responsibilities & Pets
Feed dog twice a day. Walk dog as often as necessary, usually 3X a day. Note: walking around apt complex is sufficient. Clean up after him every time. Make sure the cat has dry food always and 1/2 can wet food 3x/day. Fresh water for both at all times. Clean litter box daily. Take in mail. Nurture pets as they will allow. Harley is very sweet and loving, once he feels comfortable. Chloe Rose has been nicknamed "the invisible cat" by both my late husband and my recent petsitter. She only comes out for me so far, so you would not see more than a blur of her running to hide under the bed, most likely. I've only had her since May 2017, so she is still adjusting. Update on Chloe Rose: She has come out of her shell. She is very present in the living room now and demands treats in the evening along with Harley, which I give them. (They are kept on the coffee table and I give Chloe several and Harley 3-4.) I don't know if she will do this for you. We will find out.
