Cat Sitting in the Upper West Side - steps from Central Park
Hi! I'm looking for a responsible, honest, caring, clean and calm cat sitter to hang out with Ginger, my adorable orange tabby.
I'm a strategy and operations professional in my early 30s, working at a startup in the city....
Ginger is a bit shy, and might have a bit of an attitude. I've had her for almost 4 years and it's taken a while for her to warm up to people, but she's made great progress. She tends to hide under the bed and take things slow before jumping into a new friendship. Once she does, it's worth it! + More info
Our Home & Location
The apartment is located in the Upper West Side in Manhattan, a block from Central Park and the Museum of Natural History. Great area with tons of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops nearby. Three subway lines available a short walk away as well as local bus stop on the next block.
The apartment is a small one-bedroom, one-bathroom, located on the third floor of a walk-up on a tree-lined street with tons of New York charm. The apartment has wifi, TV with access to Netflix and Hulu, towels, linens, kitchen with necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. and a Nespresso machine.
Responsibilities & Pets
Feeding Ginger twice a day and mixing her medicine in her food. Cleaning the litter box once per day. Checking my mail, keeping the apartment clean and tidy, and in the same condition it is in.
Please no families sitters with kids, the place is too small for more than one person! Ginger for some reason is very shy around men, so I'd definitely prefer a female sitter.
