Brooklyn Apartment - Two Pets: Dog & Cat

Introduction
Hi! We're Kristen and Tim - a married couple that's been living in NYC for over a decade. Neither of us are originally from the city, and we love to travel. Kristen works in planning for Barkbox, while Tim is a product manager at RedHat. We both like to travel, eat great food, and snuggle with our pets. We feel lucky to have two really calm and sweet pets that love people and just want to hang out and be loved back!
Our Home & Location
We live in a ground level duplex apartment in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. It's a large apartment (for NYC!) with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Full kitchen has dishwasher and we have a washer / dryer. We live roughly three blocks (5 min walk) away from the R at 25th street. The R takes you local and directly into Manhattan, or there's an easy transfer to 8 express trains at Atlantic, 4 stops away.
Greenwood Heights is located on the southern edge of Park Slope. Quieter than it's northern neighbor, it still hosts tons of great restaurants and bars while still being close to Prospect Park. Looking west down our block you can see the Statue of Liberty, which is beautiful at sunset.
Responsibilities & Pets
Vesper (cat) has been a part of the family for about 6 years. Her responsibilities include:
-dry food in the morning; wet in the evening
-scooping the litter-box
-occasional treats and lots of pets
Penny recently joined our family, she is roughly 1.5-2 years old. Her responsibilities include:
-dry food in the morning; wet in the evening
-3 walks/day
-occasional treats and lots of pets & snuggling
