Introduction
I have just completed a new home on Saucepan Creek on Shallotte Point. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a fishing pier. The house sits high up with beautiful views. I have 2 indoor outdoor cats and two dogs that will need to be walked but there is also a big backyard for them. I am an interior designer from Wilmington. The house is kind of in the boonies but is very quiet and safe. There are neighbors. The traffic consists of a school bus and the mailman.
Our Home & Location
This house is 4 miles from Ocean Isle beach. Less than a mile from Inlet View Restaurant and Bar and Tripp's boat landing. I have one kayak and two bikes. I am close to Publix, Lowe's Foods, Food Lion as well as Home Depot and many drug stores. Wonderful thrift shopping in any direction and only 45 minuets from Wilmington or Myrtle Beach.
Responsibilities & Pets
The cats simply need food and water and to be tossed out on a regular basis. They come when called. Handyman loves to play Frisbee and will sneak away if not watched (I am working on getting an invisible fence). He is very sweet and trained. He will freak out at other dogs but he doesn't mean it. Iota is a tiny rescue with only one eye. She is a free agent but she sleeps in a crate at night and any other time I want her to. There might be some gardening involved.
