Spacious studio apartment in fun DC neighborhood!
I live in a spacious studio in a fun DC neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation.
Our Home & Location
I am located between the H Street and NoMa neighborhoods-- there are lots of restaurants and activities to do around here, and you'll have easy access to the rest of DC by public transportation. My apartment has a full kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer and a patio with views of the Basilica. My building has two outdoor spaces as well as a gym. There are two grocery stores within three blocks of the apartment, as well as a Whole Foods about 5 blocks away. There is a metro stop within two blocks (red line) and east-west bus service stops right in front of my building. I really love my area and find that it is a quiet mini-oasis between the daytime bustle of office buildings in NoMA during the day, and the nighttime bustle of H Street restaurants and lounges.
Responsibilities & Pets
You would be responsible for taking care of my awesome seven year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Nala. Nala is very laid back in the house and gets her exercise from one or two walks per day. We can talk more specifics if you're interested in sitting, but generally speaking: potty breaks in the morning/afternoon/early evening/before bed + food 3x/day + lots of love and cuddles. She takes meds with breakfast and dinner and they get put in pill pockets, so they're basically treats to her. I have a few small house plants that will need watering once or twice while I'm away.
