Summer in Nation's Capital with two great dogs
My wife and I are looking for someone to care for our two adorable dogs while we are away visiting family in Europe. We have left them with friends before and it worked out well, but we are very attached to the dogs, and they to us, so this is difficult.
Our Home & Location
We live in the Palisades area of Washington, DC (the northwesternmost tip). It's quiet, residential, lots of restaurants, across the street from the Potomac River and the Capital Crescent Trail (great for walks, biking, hiking). 1 block from Sibley Hospital and buses directly to downtown DC and all its attractions. Easy access to Bethesda and Northern VA. Our home has a fenced-in backyard that the dogs enjoy, w/garden (needs watering during summer), central a/c, wifi, 2 BRs, 3.5 baths, family room, lots of cozy spaces, chef's kitchen.
Responsibilities & Pets
Care for two mature, medium-sized dogs - 10 yr old Lakeland terrier and 8 yr old whippet mix - feeding, walks, companionship. Water garden as needed.
