There's an annual subscription for both pet parents and sitters to join our community. This gives everyone unlimited access to our site. So pet parents can post multiple dates to find a sitter throughout the year. And sitters can apply to as many sits as they want and connect with many different pet parents.
What makes your sitters trustworthy?
Your safety is our top priority. That’s why it’s mandatory for all our sitters to complete identity checks and a verification process before they can apply to sit.
Verified by us: We do background and/or ID checks, ask for external references and verify email addresses and phone numbers.
Verified by others: Take a look at sitters’ ratings and reviews to get honest feedback from pet parents like you.
Verified by you: Screen sitters before you commit by either meeting them face-to-face or via a video call.

How quickly can I find a sitter?
Most pet parents confirm a sitter within a day. But this can vary depending on your location and the level of detail you've shared in your listing. For extra peace of mind, our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships include a Money Back Promise. Which means if you don't find a sitter within 14 days, we'll refund you.
Do sitters get paid?
No, unlike other platforms, our sitters sit for love, not money. After paying an annual membership, no money changes hands between our members. It's a win-win situation. Sitters exchange their love and care for a stay in your home and the chance to make new furry friends. While pet parents can travel with peace of mind, knowing their pets are loved and cared for.
Would sitters want to stay in my home?
Our sitters love all kinds of homes and locations. For them, it's less about grand accommodation and more about staying in real homes and living like a local. They prefer cosy homes where they can embed themselves in the local community, spend time with adorable pets and make special travel memories. So as long as your home is clean, tidy and welcoming, our sitters would love to stay.
Am I covered in case something goes wrong?
Our Home and Contents Plan covers you for up to $1 million against property damage, theft and sitter accidents. This is included in our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships. Premium Pet Parent members also benefit from our Sit Cancellation Plan that protects you in case your sitter cancels. And lastly, our Standard and Premium Pet Parent memberships include a Money Back Promise. Which means if you don't find a sitter within 14 days, we'll refund you.
