We were introduced to Jo through a mutual friend and from our first meeting, we felt very comfortable that Jo was going to take good care of our dog (Milo) & home. We hadn't had anyone house/pet sit before and she welcomed any questions that we had which made us feel comfortable about the experience. Jo made the time to visit us at home twice to meet Milo and he loved her at first sight! A couple of days before we were due to go on holiday, Milo needed to go on medication and Jo was more than happy to give him this and take care of him. I felt very comfortable that he would be well taken care of while we were away. I'd be happy to have Jo house/pet sit for us again.
