I've seen Gwen adopt her rescue cat, Hope. Unlike many people I've met, she really understood the responsibility of adopting a rescue cat and her priority was definitely to help him heal his wounds and heal from his past trauma. She was caring with him and she did everything to give him a peaceful and happy life for his remaining days. I've seen how quickly he trusted her and the bond they created together. Gwen has a strong maternal instinct with animal, I've seen it with Aaron, a rescue dog she was the foster family for and with dogs and cats that I and my family have had. She's also a reliable person so I have no doubt that she'll adapt to any pet when house sitting.
