Vicky took care of my cats for a week while I was travelling to my hometown. She has been openly communicative from the very beggining, chatting to me everyday and keeping me updated on one of my cat health issues on his lungs and the status of it. She was extra careful and attentive with them and asked if she had any doubts about my cats or my home. When I came back everything was wonderful !
