Stacy and her husband John are 2 of the best, most responsible and loving pet owners I have ever met. They have provided a home for 2 dogs and one cat in the years they have been together although Stacy has been a lover of animals her entire life, caring for cats, hamsters, fish and a parakeet growing up. Both dogs -- Sadie and Arthur -- were rescued while their cat (Kitty) was actually discovered by Sadie as a kitten, hiding under a shrub in our backyard. Sadie was a very anxious little beagle dachshund mix who had been returned to the shelter by her first adoptive owners. Sadie was found to have a heart murmur as well as some behavioral issues that required a lot of special attention, both at the vet and at home. Both Stacy and John have a broad base of knowledge about caring for animals and keeping them safe and happy. They have successfully integrated their own 2 little boys into the family over the past 5 years so that both boys are respectful and kind with animals as well. I can say without hesitation that you can fully trust them with the care of both your pets and your home, being completely confident that all will be as you left it when you return.
