Sue has been my neighbor in a small condo complex for a little over 14 years. She has served on the Board for most of that time and for a few years has been the vice chairperson. We are friends so visit each other on a regular basis so I know that she is a great housekeeper and talented seamstress and decorator. Her home is spotless and well cared for and she takes a lot of responsibility for overseeing our condo property maintenance. She had a small Shitsu dog for 12 years and was devoted to her. She looks out for my home when I am away, checks things out , waters plants, etc.
