I have known Anne for many years. She has had a great career as a teacher of young children, which, IMO, gives her lots of experience looking after animals. She made a life for herself as an independent, responsible, reliable woman. Even though she has not house sat or taken care of my animals for me, it’s because when I travel, I usually travel with Anne. I would entrust her with taking care of my house and/or my animals. That is saying quite a lot, as my animals are possibly the most important beings in my life. She would make an ideal house/animal sitter, as she likes her own company as well as her animals’. She is comfortable staying at home with them, but likes leash walks in the neighborhood, too. I would feel safe that Anne would deal with anything that came up with the house or animals. She goes beyond the norm if the animals are sick or, for example, the refrigerator breaks. Her independent thinking allows her to deal with situations that are beyond the daily occurrences. If I were looking for a house/animal sitter whom I can trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Anne.
