Respectful, expert and sensible. Annette and Jo have the skills and knowledge to look after others properties and animals, but also that unique and special quality of respect for others. I can't recommend them highly enough. I admire Annette's knowledge of animal husbandry and of things I've never even thought to think about, but I particularly value her honesty and ability to raise issues when needed - if she sees something that needs attention that is not immediately obviously fixable, she will ask and make sure that it doesn't get left. I established a large community garden many years ago and Jo came by one day to have a look at the trees and assess work that needed doing (or not). Jo is an expert arborist, yet he is also sensible and honest. The garden didn't need work. Every other arborist I'd talked to wanted to make money.
