We left Emily in charge of our cat and home for a week while we went on holiday. It was clear from the start that Emily genuinely likes cats and we could tell from how relaxed our cat, Thistle, was when we got back that he felt the same about Emily. Emily also did a good job of watering our greenhouse and vegetable plot so that we came back not just to a beautifully clean and tidy house but also to ripe tomatoes and cucumbers. I liked the way Emily was responsive to my texts and was reassuring and thoughtful without making any fuss. I would definitely recommend Emily if you are thinking of trusting your house and pets to a sitter.
