To whom it may concern Ms Juliet Ennis (dob: 29.06.65) This is to confirm that Juliet Ennis commenced employment with Community Justice Interventions Wales on 1st May, 2007 in the role of Circles of Support and Accountability Project Development Manager, a role in which she excelled until the merger of the charity on 1st April, 2015. Ms Ennis, a qualified Careers Advisor and Probation Officer, was tasked with introducing and developing a totally new project focussing on utilising volunteers to support the rehabilitation of offenders across north Wales. In applying her professional risk-assessment skills in combination with her considerable organisational and interpersonal talents, Ms Ennis developed the project from inception to the second largest and most successful in the UK. Consequently, I am pleased to confirm that Ms Ennis is a highly-effective and skilled individual who is capable of operating to a high standard both at senior management level and with service-users and volunteers. I would also add that that she also possesses considerable skills with regard to judgement and complexity and has demonstrated these abilities on multiple occasions in her approach to dealing with issues arising from working in a particularly sensitive field.
