I have the good fortune to have met Amy ten years ago: our relationship, which started as a professional one, quickly evolved into a strong and deep friendship. Amy is one of the most kind-hearted, generous and thoughtful persons I know. I can always count on her to help out, and when I had to leave my cat and apartment for a month I knew Amy and Alf were the most trustworthy and caring people for the task. Not only will Amy take good care of your pet and house, but she will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome back to your home with thoughtful attentions. Her husband Alf is also a great animal lover. Their dog Pilot is amazingly gentle and well-trained. Amy and Alf have a son whom I have seen grow into an outgoing, responsible, kind and brilliant young boy. Given her line of work, Amy has clear and strong communication skills and knows how to handle any issue calmly and swiftly.
