I have known Alison for almost 20 years and would not hesitate a second to entrust her with my house or pets. Both as a colleague and friend, Alison has always been fully reliable and responsible, often going way beyond what was expected of her. During our time as colleagues in an international organization, I have seen Alison move to positions of increasing responsibility and frequently being sought out by colleagues for her advice including by those in the most senior positions and in sometimes very challenging situations. Alison has been a caring and loyal friend for many years. Having lived in different parts of the world Alison has great intercultural skills and can quickly adapt to different environments and situations. Over the years and with an international circle of friends and family, she has welcomed many people into her home and has often been asked to look after the homes of others.
