Teresa looked after Robby Layton’s home

I met Teresa nearly 25 years ago through mutual business and professional activities. The companies we each owned came together to collaborate and pioneer innovations in our industry, and we have since gone on to share intellectual property and collaborate on multiple business endeavors. Her company has been a tenant in commercial property that I own and she has been a guest in my home. I have been a guest in homes she owns many times and found them clean and comfortable. I have found her to be responsible and reliable and would trust her to use, care for, and manage any property I own. While I am not a pet owner, she is, and has brought her longtime canine companion along on many visits to my home and properties. When I first met her she had a herd of llamas at her property. She understands animals and is a responsible caretaker. She is meticulous, responsive, industrious, intelligent, and capable of handling any situation that might arise wherever she is and whatever she is doing. I would trust her completely in any situation.
