Rob and Jan always plan their days around the needs of their two large dogs. Just two nights ago the four of us were out for a very up scale dinner. Rob and I had done some skiing and the ladies were gone for a walk. By the time we were half way through dinner they realized they had to get home to let the dogs out. Rob often talks about how great his day was and when he explains why it was so great, it always involves a long walk with the love of his life and the dogs. A few years ago, Rob was with me away sailing for a few weeks. Jan called to explain that the two dogs had gotten into a tray of paint and did some very unique paw painting ALL over the house. Neither one of them were upset with the dogs, only themselves. I have never had a dog and never will. But if I was a dog, I would certainly feel very fortunate to have these two as my owners. I could go on.......
