Catherine McGregor was a tenant of Fernhill Trust for over five years. In that time, she demonstrated that she was mature, reliable, accommodating, respectful and a generally great tenant. She was houseproud and kept the house in a good state. In more recent times I have been pleased to host Catherine as a short-term guest on several occasions and each time she has been thoughtful and meticulous during her stay. She’s now a proud owner of her own property and maintains this to a high standard. She’s also a keen, knowledgeable gardener who would keep any garden well maintained. I’d gladly have her as a return tenant or to housesit for me anytime.
