Beatriz rented my condo in Chicago for 15 months. She was a wonderful tenant. She took wonderful care of the unit. Beatriz was a conscious tenant and very communicative. When she moved out after over a year of living in the unit, she left the unit in perfect condition. In fact, my friend, a realtor, commented that the unit was in such good condition, it looked as if no one had lived there. Beatriz is a warm and responsible woman and you can feel comfortable leaving your pets in her care. I was delighted to have Beatriz as a tenant.
