Julia and her husband have been leasing our home for 2 years. They are very conscientious about the needs of the home. The home is clean and well cared for. The yard is well manicured. Small maintenance has been taken care of without always calling the landlord. Rent is always on time. Their pet is so well cared for that we forget that they even have a dog. They are just as warm and friendly when we see them in the community as they are when we are there taking care of landlord responsibilities. We actually feel like they have become friends. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to have them house and/or pet sit for me. They are great people!
