It was hard to select only three adjectives to describe Susan and the care she took in looking after my cats. It was so wonderful to have full confidence that my cats and house were in great hands. I call her the "Cat Whisperer" due to her ability to make fast friends with my shy cat(s). She is highly professional, friendly, responsible and clearly loves animals (as they do her).
