I've known Vicki for nearly 20 years, first as a colleague and then as a friend. She is a totally reliable individual who will care for your home and your pets as though they're her own. She's very capable in a crisis and would follow instruction well but also use her own initiative to resolve any issues, should they arrive. You would find it difficult to find anyone more trustworthy.
