Jackie and Javier have cared for my cat, Miso, and my home several times while I’ve been away, and each time, I’ve felt so reassured knowing they were there. Miso can be shy around other people, but she quickly warmed up to them and enjoyed spending time with them. They were always mindful of her needs, ensuring she was comfortable and well cared for. I appreciated getting sent updates, including pictures and videos. Miso and I will definitely miss them. I’m sure the pets they care for out West will be just as happy as Miso was in their care.
