Gene has not only been my tenant but my neighbor for the last 5 years. Loyal, honest, trustworthy...I know this makes him sound like a Boy Scout but he does possess all those qualities. Cooper, his Golden Doodle, the perfect gentleman, quietly polite, is a favorite among all of us here at the complex. Besides being tastefully decorated, his apartment is always immaculate. I would trust Gene with my dogs, home, car, mail; in short, everything. Additionally, his joy in life and wry sense of humor easily garners admiration and friends wherever he goes. Gene is simply a wonderful person.
