Through Trudi’s obvious experience in this role, she proactively helped us prepare for her stay, including listing out all the information she needed to make her stay successful. When she arrived our pets quickly warmed to her and she kept us updated while we were away to ensure we could relax. She left the house clean and tidy and our pets calm and clearly well cared for. From our first call with Trudi we were confident we could entrust our home and pets with her and we’re glad we did.
