I have known Carole for 3 years now since shortly after moving to Hartlepool. She is one of the most level, headed and organised people I know with a wealth of experience in care from both professional and personal circumstances. I watched Carole take on the work of a Local Councillor, getting to know her Ward area and all it's problems in order to help her constituents better. She's down to earth and very approachable; with Carole, what you see is what you get. When she takes on a job, she sees it through with little fuss, plenty of hard work and good humour throughout.
