I have known Martin for over 20 years. We met when he ran his own business and I worked in a similar industry. I cannot think of a single reason why you wouldn't want Martin looking after your house and pets. He is incredibly trustworthy and I absolutely know he would treat your house with the utmost respect. He is also wonderful with animals, having had dogs before and looking after my own a number of times I can guarentee he will show your pets love like there were his own.
