Alicia & Federico looked after Monica’s pets & home

I met Alicia 2 years ago when a neighbor recommended her to watch my cats at my home for a few days. Since then, she has looked after my pets and home at least 10 times, several times for periods of more than 1 week. She's very caring with pets and also attentive of other details around the house. She asks relevant information about the pets and home, takes note of tasks and we agreed on how we would communicate while I was away and what to do in case of emergency. When I'm away she messages me every day, which I appreciate greatly, and will send me photos of my pets and let me know that everything is fine around the house. She also lets me know if there was something unusual like a power outage for example, or anything that seems out of order. I always come back home to find everything just as I left it. I feel that my home and pets are in good hands with Alicia, she's very professional, responsive, and genuinely cares that everything is well and in order. I trust her and would totally recommend her to any pet/home owner.
