Becky is one of our most reliable and longest-standing volunteers at CARIS Camden Families, the charity I manage which works with homeless families living in hostels in London. She takes regular time out of her demanding veterinary degree to organise play, arts and crafts and learning activities with the children we work with, and does so with great compassion, energy and dedication. She is extremely kind and considerate, and has a great capacity to get along with and inspire kids and parents from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. She is also utterly reliable: she's always on time, has a great level of personal organisation, is very responsible in her management of activities, and is a dedicated tidy-upper! Becky is a real asset to our project and, given the personal qualities she's demonstrated over the last year, I have no doubt would make a very responsible and accountable house-sitter (let alone, with her veterinary training and passion for animals, a brilliant pet-sitter).
