I have lost count of the years I’ve known Kelli – likely going on 18 or 19, now. I was around when her sweet Pepperine Victoria was still a spry young thing and shortly after when she brought home dear Cocamo Chanel, both doxies. I was able to watch those puppies grow up, be cared for as fiercely as one would care for their children, loved beyond comprehension, and meticulously supported during their ailments in old age (16 and 15 years!). I have answered ‘no’ to the question of whether she has cared for my animals as that need hasn’t arose yet, but I want to be very clear that if/when it does, I would have zero hesitation that both of my large dogs (one being deaf) would be cared for better than I could ask – medical issues and all. Knowing Kelli for so long and practically growing up in her home in college and over the years during visits and get-togethers, I can assure she keeps a tidy well-run home. Her experience in property management is a huge bonus (runs in her family); she currently has 2 properties of her own she rents out and ensures they are both maintained and tenant issues resolved quickly and compassionately. The home she is living in now was previously left vacant aside from an office downstairs and she has done wonders in bringing it back to life, ensuring all appliances are in working order, coordinating updates and repairs, deep cleaning, and making it feel like a home again. You won’t find a more well-rounded person. Kelli is energetic, reliable, outgoing, professional, courteous, and absolutely excellent at communication and planning. Her career and personality type (A all the way) feed well into making sure she has all the information she’ll need to fully support your belongings and/or loved ones while you’re away and ensure you won’t be left in the dark on much needed updates, which are absolutely crucial to peace of mind. She has provided home and pet care to several friends over the years and always kept those folks in the loop and taken care of any issues that popped up as if they were her own, with quickness and grace. Highly recommend her – The world needs more people like Kelli.
