    I have known Thomas for over 18 years, and would be happy to have him care for my dog or house, anytime. On occasions when Thomas cared for our dog, Ella, he always listened and understood my requests and was happy to follow any special instructions for Ella's care. He was communicative if I was on extended holiday and I felt like I could check-in with him, anytime, which put me at ease.
