She is a friend of mine and easily one of the most trustworthy and reliable people I have met, so much so I trusted her to look after my home and my fish while I was out of town for 2 weeks. These were not normal fish mind you (very expensive and with very specific care instructions). She took great care of them and sent confirmations for each step that I had asked. My place was also cleaner than I had left it!
