Cynthia is an amazing and loving pet owner. We became friends when she adopted a 19-year-old blind dog that I was fostering named Sandy Ruth. She who was a Diva that was treated like a Queen. Sandy Ruth's health, happiness and comfort was a priority. Cynthia is now a part of the Adoption Application Processing Team which I oversee for Dog Rescue in the Middle TN Area.
