Joanna looked after my 3 cats and my house brilliantly for just under 3 weeks in August 2023. I sadly never met her as our timings didn't allow this but she was able to pick up my keys and leave them safely at the end of her stay. She responded promptly to any messages I sent and if there was anything she was unsure about in the house or with the cats she always contacted me promptly to sort anything out. I would love to have her look after my cats again and I would always recommend her as a brilliant cat and house sitter for anyone needing to leave their house or pets in safe hands.
