Maria & John looked after Denise’s pets & home

Maria Ryan asked me to write a letter of reference for her and I was delighted to do so! I’ve known Maria for the past 18 years as a colleague friend and very valued pet sitter. Maria is trustworthy, conscientious and extremely reliable. I was stationed in Guam in 2017, and Maria flew to Guam to take care of my two Boston terriers and a small Chihuahua. In fact, Maria is the only pet sitter I’ve ever had where there was not an incident that happened with one of my dogs. Once a vet boarded them for me in Colorado and they escaped it took me weeks to get my dog back and a lot of money and the second time was Guam, when a certified house sitter had my Chihuahua who got underneath the fence and got attacked by a wild dog wound up costing me over $2000 but more importantly modifying everything I did for my dog whom I still have I had difficulty when Maria took great care of three dogs not just two or one, there were no incidents I didn’t worry, despite my prior experiences had to worry . I had no problems leaving my dogs with her as I’ve seen her work with children. We worked together and I noted how dedicated she was to each one on an individual basis.i
