Ryan & Tom looked after Sarah’s pets & home

Ryan is a neighbor and a friend. She is very intelligent, caring, trustworthy and reliable. When she makes a commitment to care for an animal, she always follows through. She has watched my house and pets many times. She patiently listened to my specific requests and concerns, and then she very responsibly cared for my animals and watched my house the way I asked. She gave me updates while I was away, so I knew how things were going, easing any worries I had. Based on her experience with her own pets, I felt comfortable that if any of my pets had a medical emergency, she would calmly know how to handle it and update me. She took the extra time to give my cats treats and combing. And she never complained about the less favorable aspects of cleaning litter boxes and hairballs. She’s the best out there!
