Katerina is one of the most caring and responsible people I know. She has given me excellent tips on how to take care of and administer medication to my own cat, and she truly understands how important pets are to a family. She also met my cat a few times and was very gentle in approaching her, and wasn't at all upset when the cat - who is famously unfriendly - hissed at her in return. Having worked with Katerina, I also know how reliable she is. I really can't think of anyone I'd trust more to take care of my cat.
