My name is Sandra McMinn and I live in Austin TX. I met Francine Delisle 10 years ago. We have traveled together and she has been a regular guest in my home. She is financially responsible, honest, trustworthy and dependable. If Francine gives a "yes" to a request, I never wonder if the "yes" might become a "maybe" because she is highly committed to keeping her word when asked for help. Francine is a great problem solver. I know that if there was a problem such as a backed up drain or a leaky pipe, she would take immediate action and call the home owner or a plumber because she would know that to dismiss or be apathetic to a problem would cause property damage and I have confidence that she would be very watchful and address these possible scenarios with great diligence and care. Francine loves animals. She currently has a cat who she adopted through the animal shelter. I've always been impressed by the amount of attention and affection she has for her feline. I know that Francine would give excellent care and companionship to other people's pets as well. I can't think of anyone more reliable for the job as house sitter or pet sitter. Francine is an awesome, wonderful person.
