Hi. My wife and I have lived in my house at Nudgee Beach for most of 10 years. In that time the house next door has been a rental property. Sunil and Susan rented the house next door for a year recently. They were excellent neighbours! They are decent and clean and responsible people. We left our house keys with them whenever we were away, in case of emergency, and they also looked after of dog. When they come back to visit friends [whom they quickly made, in this tight-knit community], our dog is always pleased to see them, as are we. They only left the house when the owners resumed residency. The owners were happy to find their house returned in excellent condition. We would highly recommend Sunil and Susan as house sitters or pet sitters. I'm rating 5 star in everything below. That might seem too easy, but frankly, there's nowhere they miss a star.
