Andreia & Marcos Augusto looked after Abbie’s pets & home

Andreia has taken care of my cat and my house for a few weeks when I travel for work. The first time, she came over to meet us, take a look at the house, and learn the cat's needs. She asked great questions which showed she really cared to get it right. My cat instantly warmed to her and I could see she genuinely loved it too, which I think makes the care that much better. She tuned into when he wanted to play or when he needed space. She even brought extra toys to help facilitate the connection. I was relieved to get regular photo updates from her while I was away for extra peace of mind. When I returned, everything was in order, my cat was happy and healthy. I have welcomed her support several more times and see the connection she provides. I've also referred her every time a friend asks as I know with confidence her service is top notch. I can relax and focus on my work trip, knowing that everything is in caring and capable hands.
