Natalie and her family were terrific guests. What a smooth and pleasant experience! Communication was clear and it was easy to manage expectations on both sides. Natalie was an extremely conscientious and reasonable guest, and took very good care of the house, as if it were her own. By the end of her stay, Natalie had learned how the house worked, offered helpful suggestions, and eased my mind over how the various elements of the house were working. They earned my trust and put my mind at ease. I recommend Natalie very strongly to anyone who might be thinking of having her and/or her family housesit. My only fear now is that she has set a high bar for other guests to live up to!
